All Touchwood products are lovingly hand-crafted from sustainable wood and eco-friendly durable paints. Please note that as most items are not only handmade but also made to order, each creation is unique with no two brush-strokes the same. This also means that there may be some slight variation to the photographed item. We will however do our best to match the photo as much as possible. Equally, there may be variations and irregularities in the wood, which adds character to the product. We will only send you a high quality product that we are proud of and which is imbibed with positive energies.
One of a kind original art and products on sale will be shipped within 2 working days. However, the majority of our products are made to order and will therefore take a little longer. Most can be shipped 3-5 days following payment confirmation. Meditation stools take 1-2 weeks. If you require something sooner, please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Your product will be carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We are happy to ship any of our products to anywhere in the world. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a quote.
Orders from the UK: We use Royal Mail for most of our products and you can choose whether you would like your products sent First Class, Second Class or 'Signed For' for that extra peace of mind. For heavier and more expensive items / orders, such as large mirrors and meditations stools, we use a tracked courier service, which offers good value for money.
Local collection: If you live locally and would like to save on shipping costs, we are happy for you to collect your item directly from us. Please contact us for further details.
International orders: We use Royal Mail International service for most of our products and you can choose whether you would like your products sent via Standard post or Tracked and Signed For. For countries (such as Australia) which don't offer both tracked and signed, we will choose the tracked option. For heavier items / orders, such as large mirrors and meditation stools, we use a tracked courier service, which offers good value for money. Please note that you as a customer, are solely responsible for any potential customs charges, tax or duty.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted, then a refund is only possible once the item has been returned in a saleable condition.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. Once agreed, then please return the item to us within the next 14 days and we will either replace it or issue you a refund (which will include the shipping costs of the original item when it was sent to you, but will exclude the shipping costs of you returning it to us) as soon as we have received it. Please note that returned goods from non EU countries should be labelled 'British returned goods', otherwise you are liable to pay any custom taxes.
We always inform you when your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks of it being dispatched, please inform us so we can investigate. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your order or issue a refund if you haven't contacted us within 4 weeks of dispatch to let us know that your order hasn't arrived.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been made and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first before leaving negative feedback, as we want to do our best to leave our customers happy.
